As part of the additional services we offer, we found a lot of clients kept asking us for help with their ADSL lines. Our clients were finding that their ADSL would go down for long periods of time. Most home workers or small businesses like the idea of cheap ADSL but are not always aware of the lack of support or response times should it fail or break.
We have therefore launched our own range of Silver Lining ADSL Broadband products designed to meet the needs of home workers and small businesses.
- What does ADSL stand for?
ADSL stands for Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line.
- What speed will I get on Silver Lining Broadband?
When placing your order with us we will provide an estimated download speed (and upload in some cases).
- Once I’ve placed an order, how long will it take to install?
This depend on the engineering availability, but normally between 1-2 weeks.
- Do I need a router?
Yes, all our ADSL services require a router with a modem built in. You may see these advertised as routers designed for BT ADSL. We do offer business grade routers on a managed service if required.
- What support do I get?
We offer telephone support 24/7/365 (excluding bank holidays).
- Will you come to my office/home if there is a problem?
Yes, we certainly will if we are unable to resolve it remotely. It may be that we decided to send a BT Openreach engineer to your site instead depending on the issue.
If you would like us to run some speed checks on your location or would be interested in discussing our ADSL broadband offerings further, please feel free to call us on 0870 385 1165 or contact us.
